All orders are final sale and considered limited release items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size accommodations on any orders placed. If you encounter any issues with the products received, please notify us within 5 days. In case of damage upon receipt, detailed photos of the damaged items must be provided.
Checkout and Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Mentality is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by the customer.

If you have not received an email confirmation with an order number, there is no active charge, meaning we have not received any money. Attempting multiple charges may result in pending charges on your bank account. Unless you have received an order number/email confirmation, there is no active order.
