Our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the invoice date. However, all sales are final, and we do not refund or exchange items purchased by mistake.

Shipping

Dynamic Sygma is not responsible for lost items once delivery is confirmed by USPS/UPS/DHL. We also do not accept returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization. Customers who are flagged for excessive charges may be subject to review and revocation of standard return policies.
