Your package may take up to 5 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped. Processing time is separate from transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Address changes cannot be made once an item has been shipped or is in transit. Packages returned due to insufficient addresses will be refunded the cost of products minus shipping costs.
International Shipping Policies/Customs, Duties & Taxes
If you purchase internationally, your order may be subject to customs fees and taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are beyond our control and are not determined by Mentality. If you reject the package and do not pay duties, we will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to pay duties for your items in your respective country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD), which are paid to the local carrier and not collected by Mentality.
Customs authorities require the stated value of your order directly on your package and have the right to release or deny release of packages or delay delivery.
